How do I see the conversations my AI chat widget has had with visitors?
Every time someone chats with your AI widget, the conversation is saved in CareFunnels. You can read through these at any time to follow up with potential clients or keep track of what people are asking.

Conversations → Search for the contact
Steps
From the left-hand menu, click Conversations.
Use the search bar at the top to search for the contact's name, phone number, or email address.
Click on the contact to open the conversation thread and read the full chat history.
Pro tip
If someone reached out through your chat widget but didn't leave their name, try searching by their phone number.
Common questions
I can't find the conversation. What should I try? Try searching by a different detail — phone number instead of name, or vice versa. If the visitor didn't provide any contact information during the chat, the conversation may be listed under an unknown or guest contact. Scroll through your recent conversations to find it.
Can I reply to someone directly from the conversation view? Replying to conversations is available on the CareFunnels CRM plan. If you'd like to upgrade or learn more about what's included, reach out to your CareFunnels account manager.
Will I get notified when someone chats with my widget? Yes, as long as your notifications are turned on. Check your notification settings to make sure you're set up to receive alerts for new conversations.
