How do I change my business name or phone number?

If your agency's name, phone number, address, or other business details have changed, you can update them directly in CareFunnels. Keeping this information current ensures it shows up correctly across your account — including in automated messages sent to clients and caregivers.

Settings → Business Profile


Steps

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Settings.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Business Profile.

  3. Update any of the following details as needed:

    • Business name

    • Phone number

    • Email address

    • Website

    • Address

    • Logo

    • Time zone

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.


Pro tip

Double-check your time zone while you're here. If your time zone is set incorrectly, appointment reminders and automated messages may go out at the wrong time — which can confuse clients and caregivers.

Will changing my business name update it everywhere in CareFunnels? Yes. Your business name and details pull from your Business Profile, so updating it here will reflect across your account — including in automated messages that use your agency name.

Can I change my CareFunnels phone number here? Your Business Profile lets you update the phone number displayed for your agency. If you need to change the actual phone number used for calling and texting within CareFunnels, reach out to your CareFunnels account manager as that may require additional steps.

Who can make changes to the Business Profile? Only admins and account owners have access to the Business Profile settings. If you don't see this option, you may not have the required permissions — check with whoever manages your CareFunnels account.

I updated my logo but it's not showing up correctly. What should I try? Make sure your logo file is a PNG or JPG and is a reasonable size (under 2 MB). Try uploading it again and doing a hard refresh on your browser with Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
