How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password or just want to change it for security reasons, you can update it in two ways — from inside your account or from the login screen.


Option 1 — Change your password from inside CareFunnels

Use this if you're already logged in and want to update your password.

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Settings.

  2. In the left sidebar, click My Profile.

  3. Click the Change Password tab at the top of the page.

  4. Enter your current password, then type your new password and confirm it.

  5. Click Save to update your password.


Option 2 — Reset your password from the login screen

Use this if you've forgotten your password and can't log in.

  1. Go to your CareFunnels login page.

  2. Click Forgot Password below the login fields.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link inside.

  5. Choose a new password and log in.


Pro tip

Use a strong, unique password that you don't use for any other accounts. A good password is at least 12 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Consider using a password manager like 1Password or Bitwarden to keep track of it securely.


Common questions

I didn't receive the password reset email. What should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, make sure you entered the correct email address. If you're still not receiving it, reach out to your CareFunnels account manager for help.

Can I change another team member's password? No — each team member needs to reset their own password. If a team member is locked out, go to Settings → My Staff, find their name, and resend their invitation so they can set a new login.

How often should I change my password? We recommend updating your password at least once a year, or immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
