Where do I find the summary of a call my AI Voice agent handled?

Edited

After your AI Voice agent finishes a call, a summary of the conversation is automatically saved to the contact's record in CareFunnels. You can find it any time by looking up the contact and checking their Notes.

Where to find this

Contacts → Find the contact → Notes (right side panel)

Steps

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Contacts.

  2. Search for the contact by name or phone number using the search bar.

  3. Click on their name to open their contact record.

  4. Look at the Notes panel on the right side of the screen. The AI Voice call summary will be saved here, including details like what the caller needed, their information, and any next steps.

Pro tip

After a call comes in, assign the contact to the right team member and add your own notes as you follow up. Keeping everything in one place means your whole team stays informed without anyone having to ask "what did they call about?"

Common questions

What information is included in the call summary? The summary typically includes the caller's name and contact details, the reason for their call, what type of caller they were identified as, key details gathered during the conversation (such as care needs, location, or availability), and any recommended next steps.

What if I can't find the contact after a call? Try searching by phone number instead of name — the contact may have been created without a name if the caller didn't provide one. If you still can't find it, check your Conversations inbox where recent calls are also logged.

Can I add my own notes to the same contact record? Yes! Click + Add in the Notes panel to type your own notes. Your notes and the AI-generated summary will both appear in the same panel, making it easy to keep a full picture of every interaction in one place.

Is the full call transcript available? Yes. In addition to the summary in Notes, the full call transcript is stored in the contact's conversation history. You can find it by clicking on the conversation in the contact record.
