How do I see how many leads came in this month?

The Monthly Review dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of how your agency is performing — leads received, conversations handled, appointments booked, and more. It's the easiest way to check in on your numbers without digging through individual contacts or pipelines.

Note: The Monthly Review dashboard is available on all Marketing In A Box plans. If you don't see it in your dashboard, reach out to your CareFunnels account manager to learn more about upgrading.

Steps

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Dashboard.

  2. Look for the Monthly Review section on your dashboard. This gives you a summary of your agency's activity for the current month.


What you'll see in Monthly Review

Your Monthly Review gives you a bird's eye view of what's happening in your agency, including:

  • How many new leads came in from your website, AI Chat, and AI Voice

  • How many conversations were handled by your AI agents

  • How many appointments and consultations were booked

  • How your pipeline is moving — new inquiries, assessments scheduled, and more


Pro tip

Make Monthly Review part of your routine — check it at the start of each week and at the end of each month. If your lead numbers are down, that's a signal to look at your marketing. If leads are up but appointments are low, your follow-up process may need attention.


Common questions

Can I see data from previous months? Yes. You can typically adjust the date range on your dashboard to look back at previous months and compare performance over time.

Can I share this report with my team? The dashboard is visible to anyone on your team who has access to CareFunnels. If you want to share a snapshot, you can take a screenshot or export the data. Reach out to your CareFunnels account manager for reporting options.

The numbers don't look right. What should I check? Make sure your date range is set correctly for the current month. If numbers still seem off, reach out to your CareFunnels account manager — they can help you verify that all your lead sources are connected and tracking correctly.

I don't see a Monthly Review section on my dashboard. Why? This feature is available on Marketing In A Box plans. If you're on a CareFunnels-only plan, you may have a different dashboard view. Contact your CareFunnels account manager to learn more.
