How do I download and log in to the CareFunnels mobile app?

The CareFunnels mobile app lets you manage conversations, check contacts, and stay on top of leads from your phone — so you're never tied to your desk. It's free to download and uses the same login as your CareFunnels account.

You can find the app by searching for CareFunnels in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or use the direct links below:

How to log in

  1. Open the CareFunnels app on your phone.

  2. Enter the same email address and password you use to log in on your computer.

  3. Tap Sign In. That's it — your account is the same on mobile as it is on desktop.

Common questions

Do I need a separate account for the mobile app? No. Your existing CareFunnels login works on the mobile app. Just use the same email and password.

Is the mobile app free? Yes — the app is free to download. Your CareFunnels subscription covers access on both desktop and mobile.

Can multiple team members use the app? Yes. Each team member downloads the app and logs in with their own CareFunnels credentials. Everyone sees their own assigned conversations and notifications.

I forgot my password. How do I log in? Tap Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your email address, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. See the article "How do I reset my password?" for more details.

The app isn't working correctly. What should I try? Try closing and reopening the app first. If that doesn't help, check that your app is updated to the latest version in the App Store or Play Store. If the issue continues, reach out to your CareFunnels account manager.
