How do I update my billing or payment method?
If your credit card is expiring, you've switched cards, or you need to update your billing address, you can make those changes directly in CareFunnels without contacting support.
Where to find this
Settings → Billing → Payments
Steps
From the left-hand menu, click Settings.
In the left sidebar, click Billing.
Click the Payments tab at the top of the page.
You'll see three sections — here's what each one covers:
What you can update
Payment Method Click the pencil (edit) icon next to Payment Method to update your credit or debit card. Enter your new card details and save.
Tax Information Click the pencil (edit) icon next to Tax Information to add or update your Tax ID. This is optional but recommended if your agency needs it for accounting purposes.
Billing Information Click the pencil (edit) icon next to Billing Information to update your agency's billing address.
Viewing past payments
Scroll down to the Payments History section to see a record of all your past invoices and charges. Click Invoices to see monthly billing invoices, or Charges to see individual transactions.
Pro tip
Update your payment method before your card expires to avoid any interruption to your CareFunnels service. You can see your current card's expiration date right on the Payments tab.
