Dashboards are now available on the CareFunnels mobile app

Your business numbers are now available on your phone — the same dashboards you see on your computer are now fully accessible from the CareFunnels mobile app.

The previous Insights section on the mobile app has been replaced with Dashboards. This isn't just a name change — it's a full upgrade. Where Insights showed a limited snapshot of your data, Dashboards gives you the complete picture — the same dashboards your team sees on their computers, in real time, right on your phone.

• See all your dashboards — switch between any dashboard you've set up with a single tap

• Apply filters and date ranges — slice the data to see exactly what you need

• View your key charts — including Numeric, Line, Donut, Vertical Bar, and Horizontal Bar widgets

• Expand any widget for a closer look at trends and details

• Interact with charts — drag your finger across a line chart to read exact values, or tap into a bar to see what's behind it

• Get AI insights — tap the AI icon on any widget to get a plain-English summary of what the data is telling you

And the data is real-time — there's no lag between what you see on your phone and what your team sees on their computers.

Mobile Dashboards is currently available in Labs — here's how to enable it:

1. Open the CareFunnels mobile app.

2. Go to Labs.

3. Find Mobile Dashboards and toggle it on.

4. Open the Apps section and tap Dashboards.

5. Your default dashboard will load automatically.

Note: If you don't see it in Labs yet, it will be rolling out to everyone shortly — no action needed on your part.

Campaign data used to be tucked inside Insights. It now has its own dedicated Campaigns module on the mobile app, so you can track the status of every campaign in one focused place without digging around.

• View only for now — you can view and interact with dashboards on mobile, but editing dashboards or widgets still needs to be done on your computer

• Unsupported widgets will show a clear placeholder message instead of displaying incorrect data

• Dashboard-level AI summaries are not included in this release but are coming in a future update

Do I need to recreate my dashboards for mobile? No — any dashboard you've already set up on your computer will automatically appear in the mobile app. Nothing to rebuild.

Will the numbers match what I see on my computer? Yes. Data is real-time and synced — what you see on your phone is exactly what your team sees on their computers at the same moment.

Can I edit my dashboards from my phone? Not yet — editing is currently desktop only. Mobile is view and interact only for now.

Where did my Insights data go? Your data hasn't gone anywhere. Dashboards replaces Insights and includes everything that was there, plus much more. If you're looking for campaign data specifically, check the new Campaigns module.
