Notifications keep you updated on important activity in CareFunnels without overwhelming you with every detail. This article explains how to configure notification settings for best results.

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Click on Notifications at the top of the screen.

  2. Review the list of available notification options.

  3. Choose which events you want to be alerted about.

Recommended Settings

Avoid Notification Overload

  • Do not enable “Notify for all new conversations and messages.”

  • This will trigger alerts for every communication across CareFunnels, which can quickly become overwhelming.

Enable Key Notifications

  • Assigned Conversations: Get notified when a conversation is assigned to you.

  • Mentions & Direct Messages: Stay updated if someone tags or messages you directly.

  • Task Updates: Receive alerts when tasks are assigned, due, or updated.

Notification Methods

  • In-App Notifications: See updates while you’re working inside CareFunnels.

  • Mobile App Alerts: Enable notifications on the CareFunnels mobile app for real-time updates.

  • Text Messages (SMS): Configure text alerts for urgent updates so you don’t miss critical assignments.
