How to Export Opportunities

Exporting opportunities allows you to analyze your data outside of CareFunnels—whether in Google Sheets or another tool.

Step 1: Go to the Opportunities Page

Log in to CareFunnels.
From the left-hand menu, click Opportunities.

Step 2: Export Your Data

On the Opportunities page, click the menu icon (⋮).
Select Export.
Your opportunities will download into a Google Sheet.

Step 3: Manage in Google Sheets

Once exported, you can:
- Apply filters to segment your data.
- Sort by stage, date, or contact.
- Use Google Sheets features to create reports or summaries.

Optional: Change Your View Before Exporting

In Opportunities, you can adjust your view layout before exporting.
Switching to a list-style view may make it easier to work with the exported data.

Tips for Success

Export regularly if you need offline backups of your opportunities.
Use filters inside Google Sheets to simplify large exports.
Double-check your export before sharing to ensure it includes the data you want.
