Running Revenue and Leads Reports by Source
CareFunnels makes it easy to track where your leads and revenue are coming from. By generating reports by opportunity source, you can see which marketing channels are driving the most results and make data-driven decisions.
When to Use This Report
To measure how much revenue is generated from each lead source.
To track which marketing campaigns or channels are performing best.
To export detailed reports for further analysis in Excel.
Step 1: Open the Opportunities Tab
Log in to CareFunnels.
Go to the Opportunities Tab.
Choose your preferred view:
Card View → a board-style layout.
Table View → click the button at the top to switch to an Excel-style table.
Step 2: Add Reporting Columns
In table view, click Manage Fields.
Scroll down to Opportunity Details.
Add the following fields:
Opportunity Source
Primary Opportunity Source (same as Opportunity Source if you don’t use secondary tracking)
(Optional) Lost Reason, Opportunity Followers, or other fields relevant to your reporting.
Click Apply, then confirm in the pop-up.
Step 3: Filter for Won Leads
Click Advanced Filters.
Select Won Leads.
This shows all opportunities you’ve successfully closed.
Your table will now display:
Opportunity value
Opportunity source
Created date
Step 4: Export and Analyze
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Export.
Open the exported file in Excel.
From there, you can:
Sort by date
Sort or filter by opportunity source
Create charts or pivot tables for deeper insights
Tips for Success
Always filter to Won Leads when reviewing revenue by source.
Add additional fields (like Lost Reason) if you want insights into why leads didn’t convert.
Use Excel for advanced analysis, especially if you want to track trends over time.
