How It Works
Go to Opportunities → Forecast tab
Use the Summary view to understand overall care intake pipeline health
Switch to Forecast Timeline to track inquiries over time
Adjust the time view: Week / Month / Quarter
Apply filters to segment by owner, status, or close date
Click any metric (e.g., "Missing close date") to drill down into the underlying inquiries
Drag and drop Opportunities to the correct month to update the expected close date
Customize risk settings to match your intake cycle

Care inquiries are assigned the highest risk level they qualify for
