Carefunnels has introduced a Smart Lists feature on the Opportunities page that lets you save your custom filter combinations for quick reuse — no more re-applying the same filters every time.

How It Works

1. Manage Your Opportunity View - The Opportunities page can display a large volume of data. You can now apply advanced filters (such as filtering by owner) to narrow down what you see — and critically, those filters stay in place even when you navigate away. Previously, filters would reset when you clicked out.

2. Save Filters as a Smart List - When you've set up a filter combination you want to keep, an "Unsaved Changes" prompt appears, giving you the option to save it as a named Smart List. Simply name it and it's ready to use again anytime.

3. Reuse Your Saved List - Once saved, you can select any Smart List to instantly re-apply those filters. If the current view already matches what you need, you can also discard the changes — giving you full flexibility.
