We’ve launched a major redesign across two of your most-used CareFunnels CRM workspaces — Conversations and Contact Detail Page.

This release redefines everyday productivity with cleaner layouts, faster performance, and unified context — helping teams respond faster, collaborate smarter, and manage relationships effortlessly.


The redesign brings a consistent look, feel, and performance across communication and contact management. From inboxes to detail pages, every panel and interaction is built on our new design system — delivering clarity, speed, and focus in every click.

🗂 Smarter Navigation & Layouts

  • Clean, collapsible panels across both modules let you focus on what matters most.

  • Unified right-side panels now house Activities, Notes, Tasks, Documents, Payments, and more — all accessible without switching tabs.

  • Remembered preferences ensure your panels, filters, and tabs stay just the way you left them.

💌 Upgraded Conversations

  • Full-Screen Email Composer: Draft or review longer emails comfortably.

  • Inline Reply Mode: Respond right under the active message while keeping full context.

  • Advanced Filtering: Combine multiple tags and conditions using AND/OR logic for precision.

  • Keyboard Shortcuts: Perform frequent actions faster — no mouse needed.

👤 Reinvented Contact Detail Page

  • All Associations in One View: Companies, Opportunities, and Custom Objects now appear together with inline create/edit options.

  • ⚙️ Admin-Configurable Auto-Save: Automatically save every change as soon as you leave a field — no manual “Save” clicks.

    • Enable or disable via Settings → Contacts → Details Tab.

  • Quality-of-Life Enhancements:

    • Search within fields/folders
      Dedicated DND & Actions tabs

    • Persistent tab memory between contacts

    • Keyboard shortcuts (→ / ←) to switch contacts
