Video Testimonials in Reputation Management
Video Testimonials is a new feature within the CareFunnels Reputation Management module that allows users to collect video testimonials from their customers and display them alongside written reviews. The key components include: -
Video Record: Users can Record video testimonials directly via the Testimonial Collector Link
Video Display: Video testimonials will be displayed with options to filter or sort by video content.
Video Player: Videos will be viewable with a simple click, no third-party tools required.
Video Showcase: Videos can be showcased in Review Widget
